Assistant Accountant at Total Produce Cork

The position is based at Legenaghmore Togher Cork and encompasses daily, weekly and quarterly reporting to strict deadlines. This includes bank reconciliation and cashflow analysis, variance analysis against budget and last year, margin analysis, nominal ledger posting and reconciliations, completion of trading system routines and compilation of statutory and revenue reports. Assisting the accounts team and financial controller in all aspects of the business.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA part qualified or have a business degree or equilivant.
  • Have excellent computer skills – Excel and familiarity with the use of accounting packages.
  • Have excellent organisational skills giving strong attention to detail.
  • Key attributes also include efficient work methods, working both as part of a team and on own initiative and good interpersonal skills.

Supply Chain Executive/Quality Assurance at Total Produce Cork


The position is based at Lehenaghmore Togher Cork and requires liasing with growers on a daily basis. Quality Assurance checks on intake and dispatch, order processing and managing stocks.

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold a Diploma in Horticulture or equivalent qualification.
  • Have relevant experience.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Be proficient in computers.
  • Have excellent organisational skills giving strong attention to detail.
