To meet the year-round European demand for Citrus Fruits, Total Produce sources Oranges, Easy Peelers , Grapefruit, Lemons and Limes from both hemispheres.

Between March and October, Southern Hemisphere fruit is principally imported from Chile, Peru, Argentina and Brazil but South Africa is still the company's single largest citrus source south of the Equator.

Total Produce TOP is the primary brand for marketing Citrus product across the Northern Hemisphere season while OUTSPAN, a trusted and established brand name at both consumer and trade levels is our brand of choice across the Southern Hemisphere season.

In the October to June period, Northern Hemisphere produce is distributed across Europe, with Morocco, Egypt, Greece and Spain (where the company operates its own citrus groves) the major sources.

In response to European consumers' greater demand for citrus variety (particularly with respect to Easy Peelers), Total Produce is working towards a more seamless transition between the two hemispheres' seasons and encouraging the development of new citrus varieties.
